DaXcentra AI, a digital platform owned and operated by Surya Dev Prakash India Private Limited, facilitates AI-powered matchmaking and intelligent marketplace services for data centre leasing, colocation, and edge deployment. As a B2B and B2C digital infrastructure service enabler, all transactions are subject to verification, SLA agreements, and smart contract conditions agreed upon between transacting parties. Refunds are not typically offered once a transaction is initiated or a digital service is rendered, except in cases of technical error, fraud, or regulatory violation, in which case any refund shall be at the sole discretion of DaXcentra AI’s management, subject to internal review and applicable laws. By using this platform, users acknowledge and agree to these terms, and that DaXcentra AI does not own, lease, or operate any of the third-party data centres listed, nor guarantee performance beyond what is specified in negotiated contracts.
Refund Policy - the basics
At DaXcentra AI, a venture of Surya Dev Prakash India Private Limited, we are committed to delivering a high-value, AI-powered data centre marketplace experience. Due to the nature of our digital services, including subscription-based tools, transaction facilitation, and intelligent API access, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access or services have been initiated. However, in cases of billing errors, service failure, or unauthorized charges, clients may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
What to include in the Refund Policy
At DaXcentra AI, a venture of Surya Dev Prakash India Private Limited, we strive to ensure transparency and satisfaction for all users of our platform. Refunds for subscription services, smart SLA tools, and escrow-backed transactions are subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis and will be issued only in instances of platform malfunction, double billing, or verified non-delivery of promised services by listed providers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction via our support portal. All refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Please note that fees for executed transactions, escrow services, or consulting engagements are non-refundable.
